To ensure the highest quality of service and to avoid mistakes, we accept orders only via email or through our website. This way, you can be sure that your order will be processed quickly and efficiently.

2. Process

Your order is important to us! Typically, it takes us 10 business days to process your order.

• Order Confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number and a contact number.
• Visual Approval: Midway through the production process, we will send you a visual proof for your approval. This ensures that the final product meets your exact specifications.
• Dispatch: Once your order has been approved, we will proceed with production and dispatch. Expect to receive your order via DHL or APC the next working day. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your delivery.

1. Our Mistake

• Damaged Items: Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we'll happily replace it. Please provide us with clear photos of the item, including the order number and size. We'll arrange a courier pickup and send you a replacement.
• Customisation Errors: If there’s an error with your customisation (e.g., embroidery or print), please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll rectify the mistake at no extra cost.

2. Your Mistake

• Wrong Size/Colour: If you’ve ordered the incorrect size or colour, we can offer a return, but a 15% restocking fee will apply.
• Customised Items: Due to the personalised nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on customised items once production has started. We always send a visual proof for your approval before production begins.
• Product on Sale: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
• **Return Shipping:** We will cover the cost of return shipping for items that are damaged or incorrect **on our fault**. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
